Our goal is for our guests to have unhurried, quality time to explore many of the wonders that this incredible city has to offer. We create activities and environments for our guests where the many other visitors to Venice just seem to disappear. You will be embraced by the locals with open arms, and leave knowing several of them by name and feeling like family.

We specialize in one-of-a-kind, getaway visits to Venice that immerse our guests completely into the culture, stripping away the tourist layer that often prevents guests to Venice from being able to experience this amazing city like the locals do.  We have combined a yarn crawl and fiber/textile acivities with the most requested activities offered in our custom, private tours and cruise line shore excursions  to offer this very special visit to Venice. As with all of our immersion tours, your tour organizer and lead guide is Daniela Anderson, owner of The Alpine Adventure Agency.

This four day/ three night immersion experience is available both as an extension to many of our group vacations located in the region and "on-demand" based on availability for private groups. The various activities included in this vacation may be chosen a la carte and customized for guests arriving by cruise ship for a brief port of call.

During this exclusive immersion visit to Venice, our group is transported to our various activities by personalized taxi boat service provided by the premiere companies in Venice. Our chauffeurs have worked with our private clients and workshop group tours for years and are known by name and requested by our repeat guests.
