One of the delicious morning excursions during this cooking vacation is the private tour of the cheese factory in the Primiero Valley. It is the only factory in Italy that produces the award-winning Nostrano Cheese and Tosela, a cheese so delicate it isn't even exported out of the valley. Photo: Maxine Jones.
