All bookings will be completed by direct contact from an Alpine Adventure Agency representative.
- By booking a tour you are agreeing to accept our Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you have reviewed them.
- A non-refundable per person deposit is required to book a tour. The standard deposit is US$500 unless stated differently for a specific tour. Deposits can be charged to your Visa, MC or can be paid by check drawn on a US bank.
- All tours will have a minimum number of participants. Some tours will have a maximum number of tour participants. We will confirm a tour reservation once we reach the minimum participant number. If applicable, once the maximum number of tour participants is reached, the tour will be considered “sold out”. We will offer a “wait list” on “sold out” tours. Wait list bookings will be notified, in the order received, if a cancelation occurs. No deposit or payment will be processed until your participation has been confirmed. Final tour confirmation requires your processed deposit or full payment with a Visa, MC or cleared bank check.
- If the program date is 60 days or less from the time of your booking request, full payment is required by Visa, MC or check, along with a late booking fee as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
